Nippon Express quality policy

It is the objective of Nippon Express to move our customer's goods and products anywhere in the world; adhering to processes which conform to the highest quality standards. To achieve these goals a Quality Management System has been implemented and will be maintained and monitored with positive leadership of the Managing Director, and the appointed Quality representative of Nippon Express UK Ltd and Nippon Express (Ireland) Ltd. The Quality Management System reflects and evolves with nationally and internationally accepted standards and implements regulatory requirements and codes of practice.

It is also our intention to form a long term partnership with our customers and suppliers, ensuring that we become an integral part of their daily business, but it is only by continual monitoring and improvement in both our service and profitability that this will be achieved. Therefore statistics will be maintained and analysed at regular local and national meetings, to identify and measure our performance levels, objectives and advances in our improved service.
